By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

Nothing in the App constitutes medical, therapeutic, or professional advice.
If you experience persistent tinnitus or related symptoms, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Use safe listening volumes;

  • Avoid prolonged listening at high volumes;

  • Stop using the App if you experience discomfort or worsening symptoms;

  • Not use the App while driving or operating machinery;

  • Take full responsibility for how you use the App and your device.

You acknowledge that excessive volume or extended listening may affect your hearing comfort.

4. Licensing & Usage

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App or its content;

  • Attempt to bypass or disable any technical protections;

  • Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission.

All intellectual property rights belong to 8Foundations Pte Ltd.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional paid features (“Premium”).
All payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective policies.

8Foundations Pte Ltd does not collect or store payment information.
All purchases are final, subject to store policies.

6. Availability & Compatibility

The App is provided “as is” and may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Performance may vary depending on device model and operating system.

  • Service interruptions,

  • Device-specific compatibility issues,

  • Loss of data stored on your device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • You use the App at your own risk;

  • 8Foundations Pte Ltd is not liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use or inability to use the App;

  • No warranties (express or implied) are provided regarding functionality or results.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
